Delivery and payment

FREE DELIVERY TO GREECE, BULGARIA, CYPRUS AND FOR ORDERS OVER 50€ FOR THE REST OF EUROPE

DELIVERY:
Orders are fulfilled in 2 to 4 working days. The prices are approximate. If you wish to have it delivered by a courier company that we do not work with, the delivery will be paid by the customer. Orders over 50 € are exempt from the delivery fee. All orders received on Friday evening, during public holidays, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the first working day thereafter.

WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH:

• Postal money order (Cash on delivery)
• Bank transfer
• Payment with bank cards

ORDER:
To order from Artistic, you must first select the desired item, then click the "Add to Cart" button. View the contents of the shopping cart located in the upper right corner of the site and click the "FINALIZE" button. Once you have done this, you need to fill in the order form, choose a payment method and finally click on the "CLOSE ORDER" button. Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to clarify the availability of the goods and delivery details.

WORKING TIME:
Orders placed on business days are shipped in 2-4 business days.

Orders placed on Fridays (after 5:00pm), Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed within two business days thereafter.
